Now managing over 2,800 homes across the UK and growing, they now require a likeminded Property Management pro to join their team. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of properties spread across the South Coast, South London and the West Midlands. But don’t worry! We have specialised Property Inspectors who spend their time out on site supporting you, providing a proactive and responsive service to residents so that you are able to focus & dedicate more time into your management.

You will be passionate and experienced in Property Management, focused on providing a 5-star service to customers and clients, driven and motivated to become the best you can and keen to progress and develop your knowledge through further study. We are a close-knit team, often doing things socially outside of work to celebrate our successes, so it is key that you enjoy a collaborative working experience and can work well as a team player.
You will be working closely with all members of the team, including the highly experienced and knowledgeable directors, who are there to assist you. At least one years’ experience as a Property Manager
Knowledge of Section 20 & Service Charge Budgets

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary range of offer is dependent on your experience in the industry and qualifications. The range offered is between £25,000 - £28,000 PA, plus car allowance, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
