They’re on the hunt for a new Property Manager to take over a varied residential portfolio of New Builds, Conversions and some older stock, managing around 500 units across c25 developments in Greater Manchester.
Service Charge Budgets, Section 20s, Insurance, Maintenance Works and building strong relationships with Leaseholders, Clients and Contractors will make up your day to day duties as well as regular site visits and AGMs. As their new Block Manager, you’ll be confident in the above duties with the passion and work ethic to progress through further qualifications such as the IRPM and RICS.

Minimum Requirements
-
1-2 years’ Block Management experience

Excellent customer service, communication and IT skills

A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependent on your experience, ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 PA. You will also receive other benefits like Private Healthcare, Pension, 20 days holiday (with additional time off over Christmas) and car mileage. Get in touch to find out more.
