We are currently working exclusively with a family-run business specialising in residential block management looking for a property manager due to their organic growth. If you are looking for a new challenge or a step up from your current assistant/junior position, then this could be the role for you!
You’d be responsible for a portfolio of 300 units and as this grows, they will add to it. Your role will include managing the buildings, service charge budgets, section 20 notices, any major works and at times challenging situations. You’ll need to be pro-active, efficient, caring and have a passion for customer service. You will receive full training and support from your team.
As a business they want to grow organically mainly through reputation and trust, they want to maintain their service levels and ensure their values are echoed throughout the business. Their focus is to continue to maintain the strength of their current relationships with clients and to work with new developers and grow gradually, in the right way!

Minimum Requirements
- 2 years of property management exposure.
- Outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of the industry

Salary Range & Benefits
