We are working with a Long-standing Chartered Surveying Firm and Block Management team who are looking for Property Managers to join their NW London Office. Currently expanding and going through a merger, this business is looking for new Block Managers to join and help them in proactively managing their varied portfolio.
Company wide they currently oversee around 7,000 units across the UK, working closely with Freeholders, Private Investors, Local authorities & Housing Associations, with a small proportion of RMC & RTM’s. This is an exciting time to join as the business grows, with a pipeline of new sites soon to join the portfolio.
Currently we are searching for people who are passionate about property and take pride in the management of their portfolio. Focused on service levels, the new property manager will be proactive, highly organised and determined to work hard for your clients & Residents.
You will be fully competent in overseeing your own portfolio – overseeing Section 20 works, Major projects, Service Charge budgeting, conducting site visits & AGM’s. You will be working alongside Property Inspectors who spend their time out on site, allowing you to focus on the day to day management. If you have been working as an Assistant / Junior Property Manager but feel ready for the step up, make sure to register your interest and benefit from the training and development on offer.
Minimum Requirements

Desirable Requirements
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary range on offer is dependent on your experience and industry qualifications, ranging between £30,000 - £35,000 PA. Along with 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays), there is the opportunity to train through further qualifications, receive mileage expenses, with parking and the use of Pool cars.
