We’re working on behalf of a national Property Management Company. Having experienced such rapid growth, they now have exciting new plans in place to help drive the business forward, implementing stronger processes and procedures along the way and launching new training and development concepts internally.

An opportunity to join their ever-growing team has arisen… they’re now in search of a Property Manager to join their expanding team in Cheltenham.
Your role as one of their Property Managers will be to effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments. This will therefore include carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
The ideal person for this role would be someone with passion, energy and a commitment to the job. If you’re someone that is customer focused and build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders and clients alike then you could be the one. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position.
Minimum Requirements
-
Block Management experience.
-
Experience managing a portfolio.
-
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).

Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £30K - £35K for the right person, alongside the company’s very attractive benefits package.
