A specialist Block Management company on the borders of Hampshire and Dorset are now searching for a confident, career-focused individual to join the team as a Property Manager.
This IS NOT just another standard Block Manager position. We are currently working exclusively with a quickly expanding, award-winning Block Management company who continue to grow due to their personal and customer-focused service. They are looking for career-driven Property managers who want the platform to build a successful career in Block Property management.

They require an ideas-focused Property Manager, someone who is always looking at ways to improve, develop and streamline the way they work in order to provide a proactive, efficient and high-quality service to clients and residents.
What will you offer?
You will have enjoyed working within Block Management and have experience of managing your own portfolio of Blocks and be competent in dealing with site inspections, AGM’s, Section 20 notices and reviewing service charge accounts.
You will be an effective problem solver, able to work well independently and thrive under pressure. You will be a strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, someone who is organised, has good attention to detail and can take ownership of their work.

Experienced in Managing your own Property Portfolio
Knowledge of section 20, building maintenance and service charges

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is dependant on your experience and industry qualifications. The salary range is between £25,000 - £35,000 PA. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm with time in lieu offered for evening meetings. You will also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, training and support through industry qualifications and the chance to progress.
