Property Manager - Client Side - Central London

£24,000 - £32,000 - Estate Agency

A high end, large scale property developer are currently seeking a Property Manager to join their Central London team of Assured Shorthold Tenancies Professionals! If you’re currently working with a high-end estate agency or client side and are ready for your career to take that next step then look no further, one of the best names in property development are hiring and you could be their perfect match! With new Built to Rent developments completing all over London and the UK, it’s no doubt that the biggest names need some new superstars such as a Property Manager to look after their blocks of luxury apartments.

This role will be office based, reporting into a Portfolio Manager who conducts site visits/inspections and it’s main focus will be tenant communications, adhering to legislation and processing all necessary admin. You’ll be working on renewals, new enquiries, snagging new build developments, contractor works, delivering KPIs across the portfolio, excellent levels of customer service and will also gain exposure to the ever-expanding Private Rental Sector (Build to Rent).

Minimum Requirements

2 years’ experience in AST Property Management
Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
Previous experience working with Property Management data bases

Industry qualifications such as ARLA
Previous experience managing a similar residential portfolio

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering between £24K and £32K in salary, dependant on experience, plus excellent company benefits and the chance to work with a nationwide, high end property developer.
