Your role as our new Property Manager will be to manage a portfolio of residential developments. The portfolio is made up of RMCs and some Developer / Freeholder clients, it’s a mix and will make every day different! This position will be challenging yet rewarding. You will need to be a good problem solver, someone that is confident in their ability as a Property Manager and someone that is passionate about service.
Your role will include carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets, overseeing and managing works and the Section 20 process, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s. It’s important that you’re someone that is able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and residents alike.
The ideal person for this role would be someone with passion, energy and a commitment to the job. If you’re someone that is customer focused and build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders and clients alike then you could be the one. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position.
You must be able to remain professional and work effectively under pressure and you must be a good problem solver. Someone that is approachable, confident and experienced would be best suited to this position. Ideally you’ll be IRPM qualified and if not, be willing to work towards completing the exams.
At least 2 years’ Block Management experience.
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.
