Our client is a large diverse group of individuals spread across an international network. Your office would be based in prime central London on the doorstep of the world’s most cosmopolitan shopping and eating district. You will be working in Modern luxury offices working as part of a close-knit team, collaboratively managing an exciting high-end portfolio for one of their biggest clients. As our newest Property Manager/ Block Manager, you have the privilege of using all our facilities designed to make your working environment a more pleasurable experience.

As the Property Manager you would be responsible for Prime Residential, High Profile Estates within Central & West London. This portfolio definitely isn’t boring. To be considered for this role you must have excellent experience within the Block Management Industry, in excess of 4 years managing your own portfolio, you must be skilled in building relationships, problem-solving, client relations and more.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and managing service charge budgets, processing major works that involve section 20 notices, health & safety, minor day to day maintenance, contractors and their works, AGMs, fire safety, managing site staff, resident and client communications and conducting regular site visits. Experience and confidence in these duties will be key and will ensure long-term working relationships with all points of contact.

Their excellent systems and processes with help you in providing the best possible levels of service at all times. They’re well known for promoting from within which means commitment could be rewarded with a more senior role in time. You’ll be positive and hardworking, and this company will fully support you through further qualifications with the IRPM and RICS, something they actively encourage their team to get involved with!

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
  • A full working knowledge of service charge budgets, section 20s and H&S
  • Excellent communication, IT, customer service and organisation skills

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary on offer is between £38,000 - £45,000 PA dependent on your experience & qualifications. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to work in Modern Luxury offices, complete with its own Coffee bar, Pension & Medical Schemes, Season Travel Loan and 25 days Holidays are also on offer for the successful person. The working hours are Mon – Fri, 9-6.
