Located in a vibrant borough in North London, our office is modern and open plan with a roof terrace and some pretty amazing views of London! You will be surrounded by culture. With a wide selection of restaurants, shops, theatres and fitness centres (we have our own fledging five-a-side football team and are involved in many fitness charity events!).
Our team is driven, close-knit and we work in a fast-paced environment. We all pull together to achieve common goals, drive the business forward and we very much work hard as a team. And, yes, our office dog is a part of that team!
We have a refreshing approach to operating within this industry, with our ethos and operating procedures all being based around transparency and providing a quality service to our clients and customers. We really do value our staff, we recognize their importance. We know that we wouldn’t be able to do any of this without them and so we listen to our staff and our Associate Directors operate an open-door policy. We want to ensure you’re engaged and most importantly, happy, in your role.
Now, due to a very busy summer of continued growth, we are now looking for a new Portfolio Manager to join our team.
You will be taking on a very well managed portfolio where we already have good relationships with both the clients and the residents (yes, this does exist!). You’ll be managing a portfolio of c11 sites comprising c400 units. Your role as our new Portfolio Manager will include preparing and managing budgets, overseeing and managing major works projects, managing the s.20 consultation process, managing all Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments and chairing AGMs.
We’re looking for someone that can continue to manage this portfolio effectively, continuing to build and maintain the relationships we have amongst the portfolio.
