Due to continuing to win new business, we’re now looking for the next member of our team, our next Property Manager…
You will be based in our office in Croydon. Your role as our Property Manager will be to provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential blocks. You will be provided with a company car, so you’ll always look forward to your site visits… Why wouldn’t you? Who doesn’t love driving a new car? Your role will, therefore, include arranging contractors, overseeing major works projects, conducting site inspections, issuing Section 20 notices, preparing Service Charge budgets and chairing AGM’S.
- 1-2 years’ Block Management experience (even as an Assistant PM)
- Experience in preparing Service Charge budgets & Section 20 notices
- Experience in chairing AGM’s
- A driving license
- A passion for the job!

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £25,000 - £28,000 PA dependent on your experience in the industry. In addition to this you will be given a company mobile and company car, further training & professional development as well as enjoying a range of discounts on property services that the company offers, including estate agency fees, surveys, conveyance, mortgage advice and tenancy or landlord fees.
