We’re a strong team of 15 Property Managers based in the heart of South West London. We cover Sales, Lettings and Block Management, offering a personal and professional service to our clients and our leaseholders.
We are now on the search for a new Property Manager to join the team. We’re looking for someone quick thinking and acting, open minded, friendly and polite who can work using their own initiative but also work as a strong, effective team player.
You would join our team as a forward thinking, customer focused Property Manager managing a portfolio of around 250 – 350 units within developments located around London, predominantly in South West London.
As their new Property, you’ll be well versed in setting/managing service charge budgets, conducting regular site visits to adhere to health and safety regulations and maintaining excellent presentation, organising and hosting AGMs, maintaining excellent communication with leaseholders, overseeing site-based staff, regularly reporting to clients and senior management and planning and overseeing sections 20 major works as well was day to day maintenance jobs with contractors. You’ll be a professional, working to high standards with customer service in mind at all times!
- At least 2 years’ experience in Residential Portfolio Management
- Outstanding communication, IT and organisational skills
- A strong background in excellent customer service

- IRPM qualified or willing to work towards IRPM qualifications
- RICS and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are also desirable
- Previous working knowledge of South West London developments
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of between £25K - £35K depending on experience, plus standard holiday, pensions, expenses and mileage. You’ll also be supported through further industry training and qualifications and with regular salary reviews taking workload and progression into account.
