We are a successful and expanding Residential Block Management Company with a key focus on providing high levels of service with a professional yet friendly approach. We’re based in Harrow and manage a portfolio of residential blocks throughout London and Middlesex.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting point of growth. Being a small team with a current portfolio size of 75 developments, we’re looking for someone to grow alongside us, taking on more responsibility in a company that can offer definite opportunities for progression and a very stable career path.

Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for an additional Property Manager to join our close-knit team. You will report directly to our Director and will be responsible for an assigned portfolio of residential developments (portfolio dependent on your level of experience). Your role will therefore include; preparing and managing Service Charge budgets, managing major works projects, overseeing contractors, issuing s.20 notices, carrying out site inspections and chairing AGMs.

We’re looking for someone that has the skill and experience to manage the portfolio effectively and be able to use their own initiative and be able to take control with little guidance.

Minimum Requirements

2 years’ Block Management experience
A full working knowledge of The Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, issuing s.20s, preparing budgets and attending AGMs
A professional, polite and pragmatic approach
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Great attention to detail

Desirable Requirements

Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience and obtained qualifications.
