Our client is now searching for an experienced Property Manager to join the team and assist in managing a portfolio of Residential Lettings Property across Holland Park, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Chelsea – experience in managing High end, New Build, Mansion Blocks and similar properties would be highly beneficial.
In this challenging role customer service is of the utmost importance, you will be dealing with High Net Worth Individuals, Overseas Investors and High-End Properties, so experience working in a similar role will aid in you in this role. You will be based in South Kensington in modern, open plan offices working with a hard-working & tight-knit team – so it essential that you are a good team player and enjoy working closely with others.
In this role, you will be working closely with others and reporting into the Head of Property Management. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio, including planned and reactive maintenance as well as property refurbishments, coordination and management of contractors, invoicing, routine inspections, Section 8’s & Section 21’s when required along with other responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in a Property Manager Role
- Experience with Section 8’s & 21’s
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication
- Able to work under Pressure & to Deadlines
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with High-End Property
- ARLA Qualified

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £28,000 - £30,000 PA Dependent on your experience & qualifications. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with the offer of 24 paid holiday days. There is also the opportunity to undergo and be supported through industry training.
