Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking brand who have been operating for over 30 years and they know that their staff are their most important asset! Therefore, they ensure their team feel valued and are recognised for the good work they do. Due to ongoing success and the demand for their services (they are now managing thousands of properties across East Anglia, London and the South East of England), they are now searching for a new Block Manager who is looking to join a team of like-minded professionals.
What is important to our client is that the new Property Manager be an outgoing, friendly and positive team player. The company very much work as a close-knit team, so being willing to lend a helping hand to a colleague, being a good communicator in addition to having a good sense of humour are all good things that will help you to be successful in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the Block Management industry, whether that be as an Administrator, Assistant or a Block Manager. We want to speak to people at all levels, however, if you are proficient in the day to day management of a portfolio, including dealing with leaseholder enquiries, minor & major maintenance works, preventative maintenance, overseeing section 20 notices, creating and managing service charge budgets, conducting AGM’s etc. that would be a huge bonus.
You will need to be extremely customer focused, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Their portfolio continues to grow due to the excellent service that they ensure is provided. Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
On offer is a salary between £22,000 - £27,000 PA dependent on your industry experience. There is a terrific opportunity to grow and progress your career with a company who truly value their staff. They train all employees through IRPM qualifications and also offer you the time to study and learn with other team members.
Our Client also offers Monday – Friday working from 9.00am to 5.00pm with a paid hour lunch break, in addition to a Time in lieu policy, for any hours worked outside of core hours to attend AGM’s and Directors meetings.
