An opportunity to join our ever-growing team has arisen, we’re now on the lookout for a Property Manager to join our Portsmouth Team. We are currently a small yet growing team in this office. We’re ambitious, driven and enjoy a laugh to break up the day. We work hard to achieve common goals and manage the portfolio in the region successfully.
As our new Property Manager, you will effectively manage and provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments. This will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
Minimum Requirements
Experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio
A full working knowledge of Section 20s, Service Charge budgets and industry guidelines and regulations (Landlord and Tenant Act, RICS, ARMA, etc.)
A focus on customer service and being able to deliver a quality service
A team player that can also work effectively as an individual

Desirable Requirements
Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH or other property related qualifications
