With lots of goals in mind, we’re now on the lookout for our next superstar Property Manager to join us in our office in Hampshire. You will become an essential part of the team, managing a portfolio of around 20 blocks in Hampshire and South West London. Plus, each site will have no more than 10-15 units, meaning you will be able to focus on providing an outstanding service! This will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.

We’re looking for someone who will want to build a long term career with us and thrive with us for years to come. We will of course be there to guide and support you every step on your way to success!
Previous experience in Residential Property
A focus on customer service and being able to deliver a quality service
The ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
A full UK driving licence and vehicle

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying between £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience, plus a number of attractive benefits such as a bonus scheme and increasing annual leave with each year of service.
