We’re currently on the lookout for a driven and passionate Property Manager to join our close-knit team. As our talented Property Manager, you will be joining us in our modern and vibrant offices in Barnet. You will be an essential part of our team, providing a full Property Management service for a portfolio of properties. This will include carrying out site inspections, preparing service charge budgets, managing works, issuing Section 20 notices, dealing with contractors and attending AGM’s.
To be our ideal candidate, you will have passion, energy and be customer focused. You will also possess exceptional time management and organisation skills, alongside a good understanding of relevant legislation.
2 years’ experience in Block Management
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.
Experience using Propman software
Relevant industry related qualifications (IRPM/RICS)

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a salary of £25-35K, depending on experience plus an exciting opportunity to join a small, fast growing, family run company.
