We work on behalf of Management Companies, Freeholders and Developers. Our portfolio is all Surrey based, all within a 15 – 20-minute drive of our office. Putting focus again on service and allowing us to be at site quickly should we need to be there.
Our dedicated Property Management team is driven and focused, they work together to achieve common goals and aim to provide a service of excellence, caring about those they do business with. We believe in a fun yet hard working environment, motivating each other and enjoying all aspects of the diverse role as a Property Manager.
We are now in need of a new Property Manager to join our team. With the guidance and briefing of our team, you’ll be managing a portfolio comprising c10 estates. We’re looking for someone who shares our values and understands the importance of a superior level of customer service, an experienced Property Manager, ideally already holding industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH. If you haven’t obtained these qualifications, we would be happy to help you work your way through them!
Experience managing a residential leasehold portfolio

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying up to £40,000 per anum for the right candidate.
