We’re working on behalf of a national, award winning Property Management Company. They’re now looking to expand their team and as such, we’re looking to recruit a Property Manager’s Assistant to join their office in Harlow. Your role as their new Property Manager’s Assistant will be to assist the Property Managers to enable them to manage their portfolios, so as to maintain, administer and supervise an assigned portfolio of properties in accordance with industry and company best practice to achieve the highest levels of service.
Your duties will include but are not limited to; liaising with lessees, contractors and surveyors, providing administrative support to the Property Managers, responding to requests from lessees for minor works and dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and any other support task as required.
The ideal person for this position would be someone with excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be a strong team player but also be able to work using your own initiative with minimal supervision. You must have a good telephone manner, be confident in speaking with people and be able to prioritise your workload. We’re looking for someone forward thinking, personable and committed.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role within Block Management.
· Excellent administration skills.
· Strong IT skills.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Experience in a similar, supporting/administration role.

Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is paying a competitive salary of around £20,000 for the right person along with a number of attractive benefits.
