An opportunity to join us as our new Regional Manager has become available. In our London office, you will be responsible for managing a team of Property Managers and ensuring they’re managing their portfolios effectively. We are a growing team with an expanding portfolio; therefore, we need an experienced leader and property expert to spearhead the continued growth and manage the team with a proactive approach. 
Your role as our Regional Manager will be to act as a mentor and figure of support to the team, supporting the Property Managers with the management of their portfolios and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines as well as company best practice. Not only this but being at an exciting point of growth and in a role that you can really make your own with a lot of autonomy and opportunity to progress the region.
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Monitoring/mentoring the Property Management Team to ensure that service levels to our clients and customers remains high
  • Providing training and guidance to the Property Management Team
  • Recruitment of staff
  • Monitoring Clients of the Property Managers, ensuring management satisfaction

  • 4 - 5 years’ Block Management experience – in a senior role
  • Office based team management experience
  • A strong and diplomatic approach to team management
  • A commercial outlook to maximise profitability of the region
  • Detailed knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Good leadership and team management skills
  • MIRPM qualified

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary depending on experience, in the region of £50,000 - £55,000. In line with this, there is also an extensive benefits package.
