An opportunity to join our ever-growing team has arisen, we’re looking for a Regional Manager for our office in the North West.
Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Regional Property Manager is responsible for supervising a team of Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, on site staff and is accountable for the daily operations of a portfolio of developments within the region. Your role will be to lead, mentor and motivate the team to achieve high service delivery across the developments under management.
At all times ensuring our service obligations are fulfilled and that a cost effective, efficient, customer focussed service is provided in accordance with good practice and current legislation.
As our Regional Property Manager, you’re expected to contribute to company initiatives as requested at the time and to support these initiatives at all times (to staff and clients).
As a member of the Management team, you are expected to maintain commitment and enthusiasm towards achieving our Mission and Vision Statements and to ensure business reputation is protected at all times.
4+ years’ Block Management experience.
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
