Regional Manager - South East - Home Based

£45,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance - Block Management

The career path in Block Management is a clear one for most and once you’ve mastered the Senior Block Manager level, what’s the next step? Leading a team and overseeing your very own region! We’re currently on the lookout for a Regional Manager to take control of the South East for one of the UKs leading Managing Agents, overseeing Block Managers and their individual portfolios and ensuring the best possible levels of service at all times!

With around 6 direct reports, you’ll be working Home & Field based and your main focus will be team management, guiding and training your region and monitoring overall progress by working closely with them on all things Residential Leasehold. You’ll be their go to person for any challenges they face and you’ll be capable of troubleshooting on complex Residential Developments. You’ll be well versed in all aspects of Block Management, passing on your knowledge wherever possible!

This firms ideal new Regional Manager will come from a strong and consistent background in private sector Property Management, having worked their way up through portfolio management towards a senior level, MIRPM desirable but not essential and they’ll support you through further qualifications!

Minimum Requirements

Around 5 years’ experience in Residential Block Management
A strong background in troubleshooting and problem solving
Experience training and mentoring staff in Property Management
A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
IRPM qualifications are highly desirable but not essential with the right experience

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is offering between £45K - £50K depending on experience plus a £5,500 car allowance.
