The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Management Expert to join this renowned Property Specialist as a Residential Asset Manager. You will be working closely with another Asset Manager in overseeing a portfolio of 30 Sites, with the additional support of an Assistant Property Manager.
As this company has built its success on their reputation, you must always be focused on providing only the highest levels of service, have an excellent technical knowledge and ability to build close working relationships with your clients and residents. A track record of working with High-end properties is highly desirable as you will be overseeing a Prime Central London Portfolio of predominantly New Build Sites.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth management of your developments, providing a high-quality service to residents and regular communication with clients. This involves enforcement of lease terms, regular site inspections, H&S/FRA compliance, section 20 notices/works, managing cyclical and reactive maintenance works, overseeing contractors, preparing and managing service charge budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in Block management
- Strong and Diplomatic Communicator
- Confident Approach to management
- Experience Managing High-End London Properties
- AIRPM qualified

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £45,000 - £50,000 PA depending on your industry experience and qualifications.
