We are looking for property manager to join our Residential Management Team.  The successful individual will be working within a well-established team, providing a customer focused property management service.  The role will involve the day to day management of an allocated portfolio of residential properties across London.
Your daily role will therefore include:
  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of properties, dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine inspections
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed within specified time frames
  • Coordinate refurbishment works, obtaining quotes for works and management of contractors
  • Ensuring H&S compliance is up to date for flats and buildings under management
  • Negotiation of deposit releases
  • Overseeing and processing of insurance claims
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous Property Management experience
    Great customer service, passion & work ethic

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying an annual salary of c£25K, depending on experience. This position also comes with a number of attractive benefits, such as a pension and healthcare scheme and an additional holiday day with each year of service upon being with the company for 3+ years.
