We are looking for property manager to join our Residential Management Team. The successful individual will be working within a well-established team, providing a customer focused property management service. The role will involve the day to day management of an allocated portfolio of residential properties across London.
Your daily role will therefore include:

Taking ownership of a portfolio of properties, dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine inspections

Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed within specified time frames

Coordinate refurbishment works, obtaining quotes for works and management of contractors

Ensuring H&S compliance is up to date for flats and buildings under management

Negotiation of deposit releases
-
Overseeing and processing of insurance claims

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying an annual salary of c£25K, depending on experience. This position also comes with a number of attractive benefits, such as a pension and healthcare scheme and an additional holiday day with each year of service upon being with the company for 3+ years.
