A high end, Central London firm who manage blocks of luxury apartments across the West End are currently on the hunt for a forward thinking, driven Sales & Marketing Manager to work alongside Senior Management in growing the business. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing the companies marketing plans and social media voice across all platforms, generating new business leads in the process. Networking and attending industry conferences/events will also be key, getting the brands name out there and expanding upon it’s already great reputation. Having already won awards for excellent service in the leasehold management sector, this company truly value the level of excellence they work to and are looking for someone who’ll work with the same mindset.
 
As their perfect new Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll come from a strong marketing background and will have worked in the Property Sector for a couple of years, a further plus if you’ve worked in Block Management! You’ll be confident in making new connections and promoting the brand wherever possible, developing relationships that will transform into new business leads over time. You’ll have an eye for all things high end, taking the companies existing branding and growing it into a full marketing package across all platforms with their high net worth clientele in mind.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • A strong background in Social Media and Marketing for a high-end brand
  • Previous experience generating new enquiries and business via Social Media and Marking
  • Excellent networking, communication and IT skills in a professional, presentable manner

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is remaining fairly open in terms of salary and could offer anywhere between £35K - £45K depending on experience. Benefits and bonus packages are also still open to discussion.
