Minimum Requirements

Experience working with New Build developments.
Experience working with Property Developers.
Great customer service skills.
Exposure to Landlord & Tenant Law.
Competent at Health and Safety.

Desirable Requirements

Property related degree / industry related qualifications such as RICS & IRPM.
Experience in Property Management of flats / leases / tenancy renewals.

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying c£40,000 for the successful candidate.
