A mid-sized team of leasehold professionals are currently on the hunt for their next Senior Block Manager to take over a key portfolio within the company! Based in West London, they’re a close-knit team who work together to provide an excellent level of service. If you’re looking for a friendly team to settle down with then this could be the perfect move for you! As their ideal new Block Manager, you’ll be looking after a portfolio of Mansion Blocks and listed buildings spread across the Kensington and Chelsea area and will report to both RMCs and freeholders. Service charge budgets, site visits, AGMs, health & safety, section 20 major works, contractor management and client/leaseholder communications will make up your day to day and will be areas of professional confidence. Unlike working for a larger managing agent, here you’ll manage the full process across your portfolio and will work with Assistant PMs to ensure the efficient management of all relating duties.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience managing residential leasehold portfolios
  • Confidence in your technical/legal knowledge and when dealing with clients
  • Excellent communication, IT and people skills

Desirable Requirements
  • IRPM qualified, RICS also highly desirable
  • Previous experience managing Central & South West London portfolios
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is offering a competitive salary of £38k - £45K depending on experience.
