We are now working on a new position in Buckinghamshire which offers the chance for an experienced Senior / Block Manager to join the team and progress into a Senior position.

A Residential Block Management Team in Buckinghamshire are now searching for a new Senior Block Manager to join their growing team, to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in the surrounding areas, delivering high quality Property Management services to Clients, seeking potential new income streams that correspond with the ethos of the company, whilst also working towards being appointed as the Director of Property Management.

You will have enjoyed working in the industry for a number of years and be skilled in providing a comprehensive management service to a variety of different clients. You will have expansive knowledge, the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload in order to provide the highest possible service levels. As the new Senior Block Manager, you will be joining a small and tight-knit team of professionals, working collaboratively with other Property Managers, Legal Services Team, Administrators and Accounts Department in managing your own property portfolio.

Joining this team offers a genuine opportunity to effect change, lead & mentor a team, expand the business as well as enhance and improve company procedures and service delivery. The initial role would be working as a Senior Block Manager whilst also showcasing your strong leadership and managerial qualities.

As a Director, your role would be to effectively lead and develop the team of Property Managers, offering support and guidance whilst managing team performance, establishing and maintaining strong client relations, ensuring the compliance of the entire property portfolio, managing supplier relationships, actively sourcing new business opportunities and enhancing working practices to enhance service delivery and the company’s reputation.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3 – 5 years previous experience in block management.
AIRPM Qualified
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer services.
Commercially Aware with Good Business Acumen
Full UK driving license with own vehicle.

Desirable Requirements

Team Management Experience
MIRPM or RICS Qualified
Track Record of Securing New Business

Salary Range & Benefits

The salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000 PA dependent on your industry experience, along with company expenses (mileage, etc.). The Working Hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 -17.30. There is also the opportunity to progress to a more Senior role.
