We’re working with them to help them secure a Senior Property Manager. As their new Senior Property Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of 8 – 10 blocks. 2 large +100 and the remaining are small and medium. Total circa 350 units with site staff on circa 50 percent of the sites.
You’d be based from their office 3 days per week, working 2 days per week from home.
We’re looking for someone experienced and service driven. Someone with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, leaseholders, contractors, colleagues and on-site staff.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years’ Block Management experience
- A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
- Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections
- Experience managing a similar portfolio
Desirable Requirements
- Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of up £45K - £50K for the right candidate, depending on experience, plus benefits.
