Senior Property Manager (Team Leader) - East London

An opportunity to join us as our new Team Leader has become available. In our London office, you will be responsible for managing a team of Property Managers and ensuring they’re managing their portfolios effectively. We are a growing team with an expanding portfolio; therefore, we need an experienced leader and property expert to spearhead the continued growth and manage the team with a proactive approach. 
 
Your role as our Team Leader will be to act as a mentor and figure of support to the team, supporting the Property Managers with the management of their portfolios and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines as well as company best practice.
 
Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Monitoring/mentoring the Property Management Team to ensure that service levels to our clients and customers remains high
  • Providing training and guidance to the Property Management Team
  • Monitoring Clients of the Property Managers, ensuring management satisfaction
 
Requirements:
  • 4 - 5 years’ Block Management experience – in a senior role
  • Office based team management experience
  • A strong and diplomatic approach to team management
  • Detailed knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Act
  • Good working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Good leadership and team management skills
