Senior Property Manager / Team Leader - Hampshire

£40,000 - £45,000 - Block Management

You will be joining us as a Senior Property Manager / Team Leader, managing and mentoring a small yet growing team. You will give them guidance with regards to industry best practice and the most effective methods of management when it comes to their portfolios. You’ll manage clients and their expectations whilst being involved in the day to day management of a small portfolio of your own.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
  • 4 – 5 years Block Management Experience
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).

Desirable Requirements:
 
  • MIRPM / AssocRICS qualifications alongside other industry related qualifications such as IOSH
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team
 
Salary Range & Benefits:
 
This position is paying £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus a number of attractive benefits.
