The Senior Property Manager is a pivotal role within our company. You will be responsible for co-ordinating all of the resources (internal & external) to effectively manage a portfolio of residential estates and deliver outstanding service to our customers. The role has 3 key parts: controlling the financial aspects of an estate (preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure), implementing the planned & reactive maintenance programme and communicating with key stakeholders (chairing meetings and writing letters/reports).
You will be joining our Central London team where you will manage some of our key Clients and flagship schemes with the support of the wider Block Management team and senior members of the business.
3+ years’ Block Management experience
Strong technical understanding of the leasehold management sector
Effective customer / client relationship management
Strong financial skills
New build experience – reporting into the Developer
Wet leisure management experience
Experience with district heating systems
Experience working with Developers & RMCs
Industry related qualifications (IRPM / RICS / IOSH)
Experience managing similar, prime central London estates

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of c£50,000 for the right person plus a number of attractive benefits.
