Senior Property Manager - Central London

Our client is searching for a driven and passionate individual, who is looking for a step-up to a Senior Property Manager position.

This is the chance to join a small yet growing Block Management business. As the new Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of c500 units across c7 sites in central London.

Our client has built up its business based on providing only the best customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Although they are passionate about providing a high level of service to their customer, this is not at the expense of the team working there. Keeping the portfolios small, manageable, and valuing you and your free time is a key part of their success in attracting and retaining the best property professionals in the industry. They are a small close-knit team who collaborate daily.

Block management experience is essential for this role, alongside a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Property Management in managing a portfolio of residential properties, this includes visiting sites, being the first point of contact for clients and residents, dealing with insurance claims, maintenance works, section 20 consultation, managing site staff, managing & setting service charge budgets, attending AGM’s, ensuring H&S compliance in addition to other duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills
• 2 Years’ Experience in Block Management
• Good IT & Great Telephone Manner 
• Experience Managing your Own Portfolio

Salary & Working Hours

The salary on offer depends on your experience working in the Block Management Industry. Standard Working hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Mon-Fri.
