Senior Property Manager - Central London

Our client has built up its business based on providing only the best customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients. Although they are passionate about providing a high level of service to their customer, this is not at the expense of their teams’ stress levels.  
 
Keeping the portfolios small, manageable, and valuing you and your free time is a key part of their success in attracting and retaining the best property professionals in the industry. They are a small close-knit team who collaborate daily.
 
You will be managing a growing portfolio that currently stands at c300 units in Central London. The company is winning a lot of new business and has sites set to come under management in coming months, it would be you that takes them on, integrates them into the portfolio and builds the relationship with the Clients and leaseholders.  
 
As the business’ Senior Property Manager, you will act as a figure of support and guidance to more junior team members and have the opportunity to get involved in pitching for and winning new business.
 
This role offers a lot of scope for growth, so if you show the right attributes and mindset, you’ll be able to progress into a more senior role within the business.
 
You can be based from either their Central London office or a combination of office and home working, giving you the flexibility to manage your own workload.
 
Minimum Requirements
 
  • 2+ years’ Block Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s, setting Service Charge budgets and managing major works
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
