Our Client is a well-established Block Management business with a wide spread, varied property portfolio with Clients including some of the UK’s top Developers, a range of Freehold Investment, RMC and RTM Clients.
You’ll be joining a fast growing business which will offer you the chance to further develop your skillset, with further personal and professional growth opportunities on offer across their internal teams as they have an ethos of promoting within and growing their own talent.
You will be joining their team in Cardiff as their new Senior Property Manager. Your role will be to manage and support a team of Property Managers and Assistants, whilst also managing an assigned portfolio which will include carrying out duties such as preparing and managing service charge budgets, managing the s.20 consultation process, overseeing minor and major works projects, chairing meetings, managing contractors, maintaining client and leaseholder relationships and generally ensuring the smooth day to day running of the developments.
2+ years’ Block Management experience
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £32K - £40K, depending on experience, plus benefits.
