An ambitious, dynamic Block Management team based in the heart of London are now looking for a new Block Manager / Property Manager to join their team of successful, customer focused Block Management professionals.
Your role will be to provide the best possible levels of service to a high-end portfolio in prime, Central London so a customer focused, efficient and strong Property Manager is required. Their clients are aware of their envious high standards in this industry and so they’re looking for someone that can continue to go that extra mile, keeping the clients in the loop and maintaining strong relationships.

Upon joining them, they will assess your skill set and help you to grow personally and professional, supporting you through industry related training and qualifications as well as offering support and guidance in the job role.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience managing residential leasehold portfolios
- A full working knowledge of service charge budgets and section 20 notices
- Customer focused approach to Block Management
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships with high-end clientele
- Industry relevant qualifications such as IRPM, RICS or IOSH
