Our Client is looking for someone who has experience working in the Block Management Industry, who is looking for a fresh challenge or a step up. You will need at least 4 years’ experience as a Block Manager, or ideally experience managing a Block Management team.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Property Manager and have support from an Assistant Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing annual service charge budgets
  • Instructing contractors for maintenance work
  • Making regular inspections of your portfolio of blocks
  • Dealing with insurance claims and associated works
  • Liaising with resident directors, lessees, residents and contractors
  • Liaising with surveyors re major works (Section 20)
  • Attending resident’s meetings, board meetings and AGM's
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in Block Management
  • Full UK Driving Licence & Vehicle
  • Drive & Motivation to Succeed
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
Desirable Requirements
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
  • Experience managing a team

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
