Senior Property Manager - Central London

Up to £55K (DOE) - Block Management

Our Client is a well-established property firm working on behalf of some of London’s most prestigious Landlords.
 
You will form part of their highly skilled team in London and as their Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of 10 of their high-end developments.  
 
The core objective is to provide a first-rate management service meeting all legislative and statutory controls, best practice guidance and company policy and procedures. As part of a prestigious multi-discipline business the role requires you to take complete accountability for all service deliverables, working with others across the business who are responsible for delivering these and continually ensuring we are providing the best possible service for our clients and customers.
 
In addition to standard block management practices, the business has a strong passion for social and environmental sustainability practices. A good understanding and enthusiasm for this subject area is essential to meet the vision for the residential management team.
 
This role is offering home working and flexi-hours, giving you the power to manage your own time.

Minimum Requirements
 
  • 4+ years’ Block Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections
 
Desirable Requirements
 
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
 
Salary Range & Benefits
 
This position is paying a competitive salary of up to £55K for the right candidate, depending on experience, plus benefits.
