Having just acquired a new portfolio in London, they are now looking to hire a Senior Property Manager that shares their values and wants to join them on their journey.
Your portfolio will include some of their flagship buildings including multi-million pound mansion blocks in London’s most prime postcodes. A natural flare for customer service and community engagement is necessary for your success. We’re looking for someone experienced and commercially astute. Someone that can communicate clearly and effectively with all to ensure the smooth running of the buildings day to day.
Minimum Requirements
  • 4+ years’ Block Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
  • Experience in chairing AGM’s and carrying out site inspections
  • Experience managing a similar portfolio 
Desirable Requirements
  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH
Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a competitive salary of up to £55K for the right candidate, depending on experience, plus benefits.
