Senior Property Manager - Central London

C £47,000 - Block Management

A professional work hard, play hard management company servicing both the block management and PRS sectors are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager to head up the block management team. The main responsibilities of this role would be managing a mixed portfolio of residential (including super prime) and a small number of commercial units (office/retail).

Essential Requirements:

Industry related qualifications – IRPM / RICS or a Property related degree.
Highly Organised
A great communicator and has the ability to build strong client relationships.
Experienced in managing staff
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985)
Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.

Desirable Requirements:

Experience using Propman.
Experience working with Developers.
Team mananagement
