Senior Property Manager - North West London

Your role as our new Senior Property Manager will be to provide a full Property Management service to an assigned residential portfolio. You will have the support of more junior staff below you and you will effectively act as the Line Manager to the Development Managers based on the sites you’ll be managing, whilst also managing the site based staff on your sites.
 
Your role will therefore include overseeing and managing major works projects, managing the Section 20 process, carrying out site inspections, preparing and managing service charge budgets and chairing AGM’s. You will be managing some large, prestigious sites, so you will therefore be liaising with high-end Developers and other clients daily, it is therefore essential that you’re able to build and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and residents alike.
 
The ideal person for this role would be someone that is passionate, personable and customer focused. You must be a good motivator and mentor and pass your knowledge onto the more junior staff and other members reporting into you. Experience in managing a team in a previous role would be highly desirable. The ideal person would be someone with a strong technical knowledge and have a professional, “can-do” attitude to their work.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
  • Around 3 years’ experience in Residential Block Management.
  • Experience with section 20s, service charge budgets and managing your own portfolio.
  • Experience in team management.

Desirable Requirements:
 
  • Experience in a similar, senior level role.
  • Experience in managing new build developments.
  • Industry qualifications such as IRPM, IOSH or RICS.
