We are looking for a Senior Block Manager who has a strong focus on customer service. The successful Senior Block Manager should have the ability to combine current legislation, common sense and attention to detail. A minimum of three years’ block management experience.
We are a large national property management company. Having been in the industry for over 35 years we consider our team experts in what they do. Our professional reputation has enabled us to grow organically over the years, 2016 is set to be an exciting one for us and we need new talent to join our expanding team. We operate out of our modern, open plan offices in the heart of South West London. Our office can be quiet at times when we are all busy fighting the inbox but there is always time for a break out session to catch up on the latest series to hit Netflix’s. We have get transport links and if you live in South West London no need to battle with rush hour traffic, bonus! We reward well and many of our block managers and senior members of staff have been with us for over 10 years. We invest heavily in the training and development of our people, recognising and rewarding hard work.
Your role as our new Senior Property Manager will be to manage a portfolio of residential developments. Standard Job Responsibilities will include – Section 20 management, Manage expenditure against budget, Approve contractors’ invoices prior to payment, Complete site inspections as per client’s contract, Organise and attend AGM/ Directors Meetings, Take and produce minutes and distribute as required, Draft service charge budgets, Deal with all queries from residents, advise clients on all matters in accordance with the lease, Issue service charge demands as required, and Management of on-site staff. 
Minimum Entry Requirements:
2 - 3 years' Block Management experience
Experience in managing site staff
