Your role as a Senior Block Manager will be to manage and maintain a Residential Portfolio of around 450 units in the Tunbridge Wells area. Your duties will, therefore, include carrying out site inspections, serving section 20 notices, managing major and minor works, setting and overseeing service charge budgets, hosting AGMs, managing building insurance, adhering to legal and H&S regulations and maintaining excellent client and leaseholder communications. As the Senior Property Manager, you will also be looked to, to provide guidance and technical support to the wider team. You will also have the chance to work flexibly from home.
As this firms ideal new Senior Block Manager, you’ll be well organised, able to work on your own initiative confidently and as we’ve said, you must be a big team player. You will have ideally obtained your IRPM qualification and if not, be willing to work towards achieving this within the first 6 months or so of joining the company.
As a growing business, they want people who want to grow with them as the company expands. Another part of your role will be to help the growth of the business, you will be a Brand ambassador, but also actively work on securing new blocks into their portfolio. There will eb the opportunity to boost your earning through commission on any new business secured!
Minimum Requirements
- 4 years Block Management experience
- Experience managing your own residential portfolio
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Full Knowledge of S20 & service charge budgeting

Salary Range & Benefits
The salary on offer is between £35,000 - £45,000 PA dependent on your industry experience and qualifications. You will receive training and development opportunities, the chance to enjoy a degree
of flexible home working and the chance to earn commission on new business secured.
