Your role as a Senior Property Manager will be to provide a full property management service to the larger, more prestigious developments and estates that we have in our portfolio in accordance with the RICS code of practice, current legislation and the standard operating procedures of the company.
As you will be managing the more prestigous developments within our portfolio, you will therefore be dealing with a high-end Developer. So experience in dealing with more demanding clients and being able to give detailed updates and reports is essential.
Around 3 years’ Block Management experience.
A strong working knowledge of ARMA and RICS guidelines.
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in managing site staff.
A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.
