We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our team in our Croydon office. This is a true team leadership role where you will have the opportunity to have a significant impact upon the delivery of a professional Block and Leasehold Management service. You will have a strong record of working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and be absolutely committed to creating, not only short-term wins but a long-term framework for exceptional customer service.
A focus on quality, getting Block Management right from the development stage will be essential as you will represent the department at development meetings. You will champion and promote excellence in new development commissioning new buyers’ impressions of us as a landlord. You will drive team performance and delivery through inspirational leadership and take a proactive approach to ensuring your team is motivated, developed and successful.
Excellent team leadership skills – able to provide clear direction, motivation and focus in order to deliver an exceptional customer service.
Strong understanding of and experience in the Block Management sector, including experience managing blocks with multiple tenures.
Extensive experience of legal aspects of leasehold law and regulations, including Section 20 and 20b notices and The Landlord & Tenant Act.
Track record of successfully delivering goal orientated strategies and meeting targets.
Superior communication influencing and negotiating skills.

Salary Range & Benefits
This role is paying a competitive salary of £46,483 per annum plus benefits that include 27 days annual leave, an extra day of leave to celebrate your birthday, company pension, access to Healthcare Cash Plan and continued development and career opportunities throughout your employment with the business.
