Our client is looking for a client focused and experienced Senior Block Manager to join their ranks and to manage a small selection of Prime Residential Developments in London, along with managing a team and overseeing Junior Property Managers and their portfolios. You will be responsible for managing the service charge budgets, maintenance, section 20 consultation & Major works, overseeing site SOP’s and more.

Salary Range & Benefits
