Service Charge Accountant - Kent

£25,000 - £30,000 - Accountancy/ Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up new business sites to property management system
Production of residential service charge accounts
Reconciliation of independently prepared accounts
Client liaison on all accounting matters
Internal liaison with Property Managers
Assisting with complex queries from Property Managers
Providing the accountants with the year-end documents
Supporting the Property Managers
Assisting RMC Directors in the understanding of the service charge accounts
Attending Annual General Meetings and other meetings with clients as required
Ensuring RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code is adhered to
Issuing S20B notices in line with ARMA Standards
Reporting department revenue and expenditure to Manager and Partners

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 1 years within Block Management accounting
IT literate (MS Word and excel)
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organised

Desirable Requirements

Ideally you’ll be a qualified or part qualified Accountant

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £30K depending on experience.
