We are working with a well-established, growing brand with wealth of experience. They offer their clients a comprehensive service including service charge accounts. They are now looking for a service charge accountant to add to the growing team. The client is looking for a stand out service charge accountant who wants to take the next step up in their career.
Your role as a Service Charge Accountant will involve the production of Service Charge accounts and liaising with Clients with regards to all accounting matters. Your role will also include:
- Reconciliation of independently prepared accounts
- Client liaison on all accounting matters
- Production of year end certificates and explanations with final accounts
You’ll have the nice balance of working within a smaller team but have the much larger brand there offering stability, variety and the knowing of being part of something bigger.
Minimum Requirements
- A background in service charge accounts
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Salary Range & Benefits
This position is paying a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus a number of attractive benefits.
