Service Charge Accounts Manager - Middlesex

£30,000 - £35,000 - Accountancy/ Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring accurate & timely preparation of YE account information is carried out & sent to external accountant for final preparation of service charge accounts
Liaison with external accountant to resolve queries
Assisting Property Managers with budget reviews
Raising periodic service charge demands
Liaison with clients, tenants and contractors to resolve queries
Assisting with annual audits
Oversee collection of service charge arrears
Preparation of client reports
Weekly Bank reconciliations
Assisting in the set-up of new properties on the system and handovers

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience in Service Charge Accounting
Experience with a block management software
Great MS Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Packages

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
